It is the end of a job interview...what are your last comments to the interviewing panel? Looking for something creative, but not off the wall. Something that will make you stand out from the rest.

Thank you for your time, I would like to work here and hope to hear from you soon. It isn't creative and won't stand out but if they liked you they know you liked them.
What will make you stand out after that is your thank you note. Some people don't send them because they aren't interested and some might not because they don't have good manners.
Use good note paper and matching envelope, hand write your note. Make these statements:
Thank you for your time
Remind them why you are a good fit for the job and include any information like experience you had but didn't have on the resume.
Ask them for the job
Remind them of your contact information, invite them to call, or write.

Don't be afraid to ask the interviewer if they think that you can do the job. If the they say yes, but... you know what aspects you need to reemphasize. If they definitively say yes, you know that you are definitely in the running.
