That depends on your personality.

If you are more adventurous and would like to "live life" outside of work, then you choose Australia. The country is vast (it is a continent, about as big as the USA itself) and has a whole menu of interesting places to see / go to. It has beaches, snow-covered mountains, a lot of outdoor/backpacker's destinations, active nightlife, culture curios (old old buildings, museums), etc etc etc

If you want the predictability and the order so that you can concentrate better in building a future, then Singapore is it. In Singapore, everything works. The trade off is the rather drab "outside of work" options. While there are lots of interesting places to see, Singapore just can not possibly compete with Australia, by sheer size. Singapore is so small you can put it inside Subic Bay in the Philippines (Subic Bay was a US military base north of Manila).

Definetly Australia if you're just a fresh graduate looking for plenty of opportunities, it's plenty empty out there and they need more people, so Australia can't exactly be very choosy of what kind immigrant they want.

In Singapore though your choices of career might be very limited if you're a fresh graduate, since Singapore can be very choosy of what kind people should be put in what kind of job.

If you live in Singapore, I suggest working outside first to increase your experience points in various job classes... er, I mean gather experience in various jobs. Then once you gathered enough, you can work in Singapore.

If you want to stay in Singapore, then go to the nearby countries like Malaysia and Indonesia, still close enough but already outside the country. Then once you gathered enough, you can work in Singapore.

If you want to stay as close to Singapore as possible, then take any job you can take there, like working as a bus driver for SMRT or a clerk at food stall. Over time you will gain experiences that will enable you to gain more choices of job selection, and since everything is quite close to each other in Singapore, you will relatively gain experiences more rapidly there than anywhere.
