Because of the hell you have been put through by those who are "supposed" to love you.
Because of the lies that you were told your entire life.
Because they are so ignorant and brainwashed that they don't even realize what they do to their children, their families, and their friends by living the lie they are living.
Because they can't ever see the truth when it is plainly and obviously put in front of their faces.
But most of all, because of the years that they took away from you. Your childhood, your adolescence and your early adult life. Years that you will NEVER get back.
Am I close?
Oh, and for those who think I am "lumping" mormons into one group; this has happened to countless families I personally know. Including my own.

You seem to know a lot of self-righteous Mormons. You need to find some different Mormons to hang out with.

Maybe you were raised in the Mormon culture so you have some emotional attachment to it. Maybe you at one time believed in it, and then after pulling out of your childhood brainwash realized that Mormonism is not all it’s cut out to be. Maybe you now look at Mormonism as an exmo and watch how they use logic, parent, treat apostates, etc. and think how you use to do that.

All I can say is that none of the people that answered your question have any clue what they are talking about. If you can't stand mormans then just ignore us and I don't think you should judge people by there religion. I don't know you or the people in your life, but most mormans that I know don't really bother people who are not members of the morman church. And if you really think about it there is nothing wrong with the way we live, just because we don't drink or smoke. Those things aren't healthy for you anyways.

It's difficult for a lot of people to understand and accept Gods true principles. For some, the thought of personal change and obedience to his laws are too much. I'm guessing that something of this nature has caused the grudge you carry.

I thought there would be a follow up question. But if I had to guess..
Is it because you can't ask a question and get a straight or consistent answer?
Edit: To erica below.. You should at least learn how to spell Mormon if you are going to be one.

Is it the Self-Righteous attitude?
Is it they think they are better than everyone else?
Is it the preferential treatment they get on a Job because the boss is also a mormon? (In Utah and some parts of Idaho and Arizona)

I do not know, but i do know that I am a Mormon, and I don't think it's very fair for people to despise people just because of their religion.

Maybe you just hate us too much for no valid reason, maybe an idea that you put youeself in your mind or something. If you don't like us, just ignore us.
