when you point to heat yes we are an open system, but where the law states things will move from order to disorder that is beyond a closed or open system. well why do evolutionist point to it and say there is problems with it. here are some quotes.
J. H. Rush states:
In the complex course of its evolution, life exhibits a remarkable contrast to the tendency expressed in the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Where the Second Law expresses an irreversible progression toward increased entropy and disorder, life evolves continually higher levels of order
Roger Lewin
One problem biologists have faced is the apparent contradiction by evolution of the second law of thermodynamics. Systems should decay through time, giving less, not more, order.
Jeremy Rifkin states.
The Entropy Law says that evolution dissipates the overall available energy for life on this planet. Our concept of evolution is the exact opposite. We believe that evolution somehow magically creates greater overall value and order on earth.

Actually, the second law of thermodynamics supports and is needed by evolution, or at least the concepts behind it.
What people lose sight of is that in science, a law is a rule of thumb that usually works or is a good approximation. For example, every chemistry student is required to learn Boyle's Law (PV=nRT), even though it never works. It is always a close approximation. If you were a PhD chemist doing very precise work, you could not use it, but if you were not doing highly precise work, it is wonderful
Likewise, from economics, the Law of Demand states that as price increases quantity demanded should decrease. That is not theory, that is a law. It is usually true. One very specific example where the law is violated are Giffen goods, where people increase their purchases of inferior goods as the price increases. Very specific circumstances must be present for a Giffen good to occur, but they do happen on rare occaision. It isn't violating a principle of science for demand to increase as price increases, it is rather the constraints which are unusual. The ordinary rules apply, but with a contrary to usual result.

The earth is certainly not a closed system. It receives energy input from the sun. Gravitational pull of other celestial bodies
exert their influence upon earth. Hundreds of meteorites hits the earth on a daily basis. The idea of earth being a closed system
was taken from ancient beliefs that earth was inside a heavenly vault/sphere with the shining objects/(sun/moon/stars) pasted or anchored to the inner surface of the the sphere and the earth is at the center of it.

i cannot see any change in logic if you say the earth is an open system. evolution is anyway concerned about the whole universe. but as i´ve heard, it has been empirically prooved, that the universe will not end in a big warmth collapse, but they don´t know why. i tell you, why: because information, beeing neither mass nor energy is able to reorganise the subtle structures in the universe. this is about cybernetics. there is a subtle material plane beeing in charge of everything happening on the gross material plane. everything physical happening is happening due to its subtle material matrix. so in short words: it is (in the end TRANSCENDENTAL) information keeping everything on track. and information is just another word for CONSIOUSNESS. whose consiousness? you may ask yourself. tt

You posted this in religion and evolution isn't a religion. I personally believe in Creationism. .. that all things were made and guided to be as they are by the DIVINE HAND OF THE ALMIGHTY CREATOR . .. all things are possible for GOD . ..
LOVE your neighbor as yourself.
Amen.

If you don't understand it, don't comment on it.
These people you speak of neither understand the law nor evolution. If you haven't done your homework (and I mean REAL research) then keep it to yourself.
