Well, I've tried psychic stuff, mainly telekinesis, and have had no success as far, but you might have better luck.
There is no 'one correct' technique for this stuff, just experiment
One thing I recommend though - When searching online about anything psychic - don't try anything that heavily uses religion. Cause alot of them get pretty wacko. Lol
