Christ isn't working through each of "us." Especially those who all disagree with each other. As for the continuing in sin part, I have no idea what you're referring to. Must be a Christian thing you've picked up by the confused Christians...
The Light of Christ shines forth, and those who are prepared to feel it have the opportunity to obey it and increase it's presence in their lives, or to turn away from it. To those who exercise their faith according to the proper principles of the Gospel, they will have more opportunity to increase their knowledge and understanding of God. While those who do not exercise faith will have what they have received taken from them.
People disagree because of false traditions, false understandings, and vanities. And it should be quite obvious that the Light of Christ does not emanate from a group of people that are in chaos with each other.

For good, yes, He does. While the bad that we do is abhorrent to Him, now is not the chosen time to make the changes that we all know are coming.
Yes, Christians do sin, but it is obvious that you do not understand the nature of God. He is well aware of our inability to do right, all of the time. If left to just us versus God, then there would be no resource for redemption, and death would be a very quick response to sin, period.
Jesus, who is the Christ, or Messiah, does good through us, our sin He has no part in, except to forgive it as we ask Him to. That said, forgiveness is not a free ticket to continue to sin with the expectation of being forgiven each and every time.

Once a person is saved is he 'always' saved? Jude 5, RS "I desire to remind you, though you were once for all fully informed, that he who "saved" a people out of the land of Egypt, "afterward destroyed" those who did not believe." Matthew 24: 13, RS " He who endures to the end will be saved." [So a person's final salvation is not determined at the moment that he begins to put faith in Jesus] Hebrews 10": 26, 27,RS: " IF WE Sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there NO LONGER remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of Judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries." [Thus the BIBLE does not go along with the idea that no matter what sins a person may commit after he is "saved: he will not lose his salvation. It encourages faithfulness. See Hebrews 6: 4-6, where it is shown that even a person anointed with holy spirit can lose his hope of salvation] These are God;s judgments not man's.

Are your questions meant to understand or just lead to the next level of doubt and accusations? I can't tell.
We are all in a perpetual state of sin. We all fall short and I certainly fall short. Disagreeing with each other is not a sin in and of itself. What happens with the disagreement is what matters. If a disagreement leads to one group saying it's okay to enslave another, or one group passing laws to remove civil rights from others, or one group calling for war against another or one group saying it's okay to blow up bombs to get its point across, then it becomes a BIG problem and something is wrong.
Disagreeing is not harming anyone when it is done in a civil manner. Christ tells us that bad fruit cannot come from a good tree. It's simple, if what you are doing is keeping others from Christ or harming others, then it is wrong. "You will know them by their fruits," Jesus says.
In the final analysis, we each have to stand before God. I have to interpret Scripture in the way the Holy Spirit has led me to believe. I will not agree with everyone, but that does not have to lead to complete chaos and gridlock. The important thing is that you treat everyone as you want to be treated. If each of us does that, disagreement will not be an issue.

Paul himself answered this question in his letter addressed to the Romans when he says (and I'm paraphrasing here): Those things that I don't want to do are the very things I do, and those things I wish I did, I don't do. Oh sad wretch I am! BUT, I have freedom through Christ Jesus (who is our model, our example) Further, Paul goes on to write, What should we do? Should we continue to sin, so that God's grace may be more fully demonstrated? Of course not!
Remember, we as Christians should view ourselves (and I'll admit, sadly, many do not) NOT as perfect, but rather being perfected by Christ. Sort of like, 'works in progress'. Our disagreement amongst ourselves only shows our imperfect natures, our weakness, but God even addresses this through Paul, stating, 'In your weakness, my strength is demonstrated'

We all sin for as long as we live in this flesh. When we accept Christ,He gives us His Spirit. That new Spirit and flesh are in constant struggle that can only end with the death,or Divine appointment. Also you will hear alot of people say they have had a change of heart, there is no such thing, and it is unchristian. God dosen't give us a change of heart, but rather a NEW heart.

You are right..we are to strive to live a holy life as the Lord is holy...but we will not be totally sin free and perfect until we are in heaven and God will change us.

I think you need to read up in the Bible and actually understand Christian concepts before you start bashing on them.
It's simple debate etiquette to actually KNOW about something or someone before you debate against it.

That's why I need God's help. Because I know very well that I am far from perfect. And never will. But I try and I do pray for his help.
