ANY position in the medical field requires specific training and education. Many have listed very good options for you. Registered Nurses (especially Male) are in demand. But you need education, lots of it and once you get that degree you still have to take classes for the rest of your medical career to keep up with the changes in treatment and policy. Paramedics are in demand as are Physician Assistants. Insurance companies are trying to cut costs everywhere, that's why PA's are in demand. They get the nitty gritty piddly stuff out of the way so the Doc can spend all of 5 minutes with the patient.

Just a heads up, you will require training and classes for as long as you are in the medical field. Even Doctors have to keep updated. Follow the aforementioned advice, especially the written communications skills. Those are of the utmost importance. The ol' CYA in medical documentation. Go for it!

Paramedic
Physicians Assistant
Medical Tenologist in any of several fields
Occupational (or other) Therapist

However, most of them do require very clear written communication skills- so you may wish to work on that a little also.
