he probably has a UTI (urinary tract infect.). It's not safe to wait 1 to 2 days as blood will build up from the crystals in his bladder. I have a siamese that was prone to this. He hasn't had this problem since I got him nuetered. You really do need to get him to the vet as soon as possible. My cat would go to the litterbox and stand like he was peeing and then go away for 2 to 3 minutes and then be right back in the litterbox again. It's extremely painful for them and makes them super sick. I hope you can get him to the vet faster than 1 to 2 days. You kitty is in a lot of pain right now. Best wishes to your kitty.

If you leave him for another day or two, chances are that you'll have a dead cat on your hands. Even if you're not able to get him to a vet yourself, find someone who can take him for you.

He's almost certainly blocked if he's squatting for that long, and the stone will need to be removed by a vet- it may need surgery, or it may be possible to do by flushing.

At best, he's going to be awfully uncomfortable- his bladder will get larger and larger as the urine accumulates, and he will get sicker as this happens. At worst, his bladder may actually rupture resulting in death.

Please take him to a vet ASAP!

Sounds like you may be right. Try not to delay any more than poss. Male cats are prone to urinary probs. Also watch the food that you feed. Use one with a low/no ash content, as this is a contributing factor. Good Luck & Blessings of Good Health to kitty.

Go to the vet now. I suspect you are feeding your cat dry food,if you are stop. Cats should be fed a good quality canned food, meat, fish, etc. These foods contain all the moisture a cat needs, they don't need a lot of water in their diet.If you don't believe me do some research.

i am sorry but a responsible pet owner would take that cat to the vet in the morning, you must have a way to get him there, take the bus if you have to. if it is a financial problem explain to the vet and they will understand they deal with that all the time.
If it were your child you would not wait, your cat should be no different just because its an animal.

This is very serious---please do your best to get him to the vet TOMORROW.
Your cat either has a urinary tract infection, or he's suffering from a blockage of the urethra. Either way, it's dangerous, and he's in pain.
He needs help sooner than two days from now!

This is an emergency.
He's blocked.
That means no pee is getting out. His bladder is filling like a water balloon. When it pops it will kill the cat.

NOW!!!

RUN TO A VET!!!

Better yet, call an emergency vet if your city has one. This is SERIOUS.
