Homemade Chicken Parmigiana
INGREDIENTS
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 teaspoon minced garlic
* 1/3 cup minced onion
* 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
* 1/4 cup heavy cream
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
* 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 egg, beaten
* 2 tablespoons milk
* 3 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
* 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic and onion, and cook until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 2 minutes. Pour in diced tomatoes and sugar. Increase heat to medium-high, and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, and continue simmering for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce has simmered, stir in the cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer for an additional 3 minutes. Lower heat and keep sauce warm
2. Stir together bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and dried oregano; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together egg and 2 tablespoons milk until blended. Dip chicken breasts into the egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture to coat both sides, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook on both sides until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), and the bread crumb crust is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
4. To serve, spoon sauce over chicken and top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Let stand a few minutes until the cheese has melted from the heat of the sauce.

Make something easy then. But I would try it all out beforehand so you now exactly what to do.
How about a nice Schnitzel? Served with some pasta?
Or a grilled piece of salmon with a crunchy mixed salad.
I can suggest the following recipe as my husband loves it!!
Creamy Pork Curry with Rice.
Take a couple of pork fillets and cut them into thin strips.
Finely dice an onion and fry with the pork in a little oil until browned on all sides (but not burnt). Add a couple of teaspoons of curry powder (check for hotness!) and then fry for a minute or so until the powder is blended in.
Lastly add some cream and creme fraiche to make a sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the meat is tender.
Serve with some boiled rice (you can get boil in the bag)
Best of luck

Spaghetti Bolognaise is pretty easy. You can just buy the meat, brown it (cook it), and throw in one of those pre-made jars of tomato pasta sauce, and you're done. Boil some water in a pot filled 2/3rds full, add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of oil, and some spaghetti. Boil for 15mins then drain the water off and serve with the meat sauce. If you want to get fancy, you could put the oven on and heat some frozen garlic bread. Italian food is very romantic, and most people like it. Oh, and some red wine to serve too, and candles on the table.

Easy Yet Romantic Filet Mignon
This recipe is very simple and very delicious also. I can prepare it, and I am a 14 year old boy! This recipe only takes a few minutes to prepare and only bit longer in the broiler. This goes good with some mashed potatoes with butter and green beans with lemon squeezed on top. This is good trust me!
INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 1 pound total)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons minced shallot
2 slices bacon
DIRECTIONS
Place oven rack in it's highest position. Set oven to Broil.
Rub steaks all over with olive oil. Sprinkle with onion powder, then with salt and pepper. Wrap one slice of bacon around each steak, and secure with a toothpick.
Place steaks onto a broiler pan, and broil for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn the steaks over, and sprinkle the tops with shallots. Broil for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the steaks are cooked to your liking.
Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
FILLING:
11 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

I think a rack of lamb, almost every restaurant I have been will only serve it for two. Roast it with some small red potato's. Serve with some asparagus on the side. A nice bottle of wine and candle light.

Chicken Parmesan! It's sexy, It's Italian! It looks really hard, but it's simple! http://southernfood.about.com/od/chickenbreastrecipes/r/bl80517l.htm
There's a recipe there if you are completely clueless on sauces and such, you can buy it all. Just make a nice salad for the side, and maybe buy a tiramisu for later! Wala!

Well, in some specific sushi bars, in the Orient, a girl lays on your table and the patrons take their food off of her belly.
You could try this.
Then, it wouldn't matter what you cooked for him !
He'd love it ! ... and, he'd love you, too !
