i just bought one of those cards from safeway and i put 50 bucks in it but after i bought it i notice that u gotta pay some fee..wat i want to know is how much is the reloading fee and i want if i have to pay monthly service fee or anything else other than just getting the card and putting money in it

my card isnt activated and it hasnt been open is there any chance that i can return it without any restriction because it said "some restiction may apply" at the bottem pls and thanks

the reason i got the card is to buy things online without the risk of theft

There may even be an activation fee. I can't generalize because all issuers are different, except that they are in this to make money. There should be a web site listed on the card itself or the packaging. Look there first. If not, there should be a customer service number. Call it.

Those cards here in Texas are a big ripoff.I was going to purchase one until I found out about the fees and the purchase price of the card itself.

Gifts cards are usually non-loadable, once the funds are spent, thats it.
