Many, many types... starting with general surgery, then subspecializing into any number of fields. number of years of med school is the same; it's the length of residency that varies.

your finfind for surgeons are you? well to aswer your question there are lot of surgeon there are surgeon that is able to maintaine the beauty of a person thorugh cosmetics or dermal cosmetics there are also surgeons that has specialty iin the external cavites of a human person there are also surgeons that has specialty in the internal part opf the human part of the part and there are also surgeons that do specilaize surgery like in the hospiatl for burns and etc. don't you worry trust me i am a doctor of medicine. : - )
