I had not heard that before. None of my kids names end with a vowel. I guess I really missed out on that one. Something to consider even if it was originally a joke.

It was an accident with my first child. She never needed to have her name yelled. The next one kept me in shock so that by the time I had my boy gave him a name that ended in a consonant.By then, I had learned to whistle loud enough to put a Hell's Angel to shame. Rule #1: If you are out of the sound of Mommy's whistle, your butt is mine.
