Our first dance song is I Swear and our second dance song is Bless the Broken Road. Our Dj actually recommended a 2nd dance because during the first one its all about the pictures and everyone staring and if you do a 2nd dance, then the 2 of you can really enjoy each other more. So thats what we're doing.

We were going to have some professional singers who are good friends of ours sing a song at our wedding, but they aren't able to attend. Instead, we are having the sound technition play the song on CD.

The song - "When God Made You."
The artist - Newsong

As far as your first dance song:

Title - "Come Away With Me"
Artist - Norah Jones

I really recommend this song if you are truly meant for each other.

The song for my wedding was "Everlasting Love" by Toni Terry. However, there is a song by Dave Koz on his album, The Dance that would be perfect for a first dance. It is called, "You are me, I am you." It is a jazz song, the lyrics don't appear until the end, but listen all the way through, it is really a beautiful song.

Our first dance song was I Don't Want To Miss A Thing by Aerosmith. Better Together by Jack Johnson is also a good one.

check out country music- they have zillions of love songs and if you are having someone sing it at your wedding it doesn't have to sound twangy at all. most country artists don't sound so bumpkin as they used to lol

I am not married, but I want my first dance song to be Celine Dion's "Because you loved me"
