This is a good question. I don't know, but I'll answer before I read the other answers so I'm not influenced by those. I believe, but am not sure, that the old Testament was written in Hebrew and the new Testament was written in Greek. I know that Jesus spoke Aramaic, so if any Books were written in that language originally, I'd suspect it would be one or more in the new Testament.

None!! The OT was written in Hebrew and the NT in Greek. There are parts of Aramaic in the gospels such as the sayings of Jesus and the end of Daniel.

The middle part of the book of Daniel was written in Aramaic.
Some people used to think that Matthew was originally written in Aramaic, but the only evidence to substantiate that claim is one sentence in an ancient work claiming that Matthew wrote his Gospel in "Hebrew." The linguistic strucutre of Matthew strongly indicates that it was composed in Greek.
