I was telling someone about how rabbits sneeze and when I did my impression started choking on my gum. They thought I was overdoing it and after watching me squirm and choke for a minute or so walked away from me. I passed out and the fall must have jarred the gum. I woke a few minutes later looking at my chewing gum.
So yes that would be the worst time.
Blessed Be!

No one would realize that you were having a heart attack; they would just consider that it was you acting out something.

OR.... if you were in a play, acting out a character who is supposed to be having a heat attack, and you actually have one....THAT would suck.
