I know a lot of Christians try to talk about morals. I am one Christian who hates the topic.
Since I have given my life to God, I know that I am thinking more of His point of view than the view of people. Since that I true I can rest assured that my morals SUCK. I am a rancid piece of crap who is destined for death and Hell. Fortunately for me, I trust God, and my ugly morals are not counted against me.
So don't count me in on thinking that I have moral authority on anyone. I preach Christ and I'm leaving it there.

Nope and that i've got on no account claimed that Atheists have not any morals i does not presume to be such an fool. I ensue to think of each and every human beings in very own suited are pushed with the help of a distinctive set of morals. the backside being the traditional ones and then they are adjusted as a effect to our personalities, cultures, backgrounds or maybe living situations. some have greater morals than others and a few are greater liberal than others. As a Christian i'd be the final to talk approximately ethical values besides, because of the fact the historic previous of guy regrettably pass away a lot to be needed.

Hmmmm... I don't know about other religions. The people who lived before the bible was actually compiled had to rely on memorization. If you look in the NT, the apostles were good at reciting scriptures. Too bad it isn't like that today. But to answer your question, no they wren't amoral. Guess it depended on the person and thier hearts.

Our morals don't come from the bible. We only read about them there. Our morals come from God.

Adam and eve had morals, as they covered themselves with fig leaves. It is in our conscious. The bible is there to remind us or fix us if we were brought up wrong.
