I mean...aren't you the ones telling us that "if you go to the barbershop enough times you'll get a haircut"?
I mean you can only tell us so many times we're bad and wrong and going to Hell. I realize for some of you this is your life, so please enjoy this question.
ATTENTION FLAMERS: I'm transsexual, so adjust your flames accordingly.

Yeah...I posted this after a spree of "Y r gay sinners go to hell" posts, and I felt offended: no reason to dish it out in here....
I've picked my favorite question, and it might surprise you all.

Why do you ask? Its almost as if you are offended...It might just be out of boredom...then again, everyone has there opinion and wants to throw their two cents in when it comes to others, especially if they want to seem superior. True Christians do not judge, and would only come to this section to "help" others, just as they would in any other section. Thats what this site is all about, is it not? Please don't think that all Christians are concerned enough to criticize people based on their lifestyle, if I could ( I sure try) to send the message out that God loves us all, HOWEVER, we all are NOT perfect, and anyone who claims to be is worse of than the rest of us...

I know that the question was asked to purposely stir people up, so I hope you got what you asked for...

Oh, I believe people go their to witness and help the confused. You know just like Atheist here on the R&S boards.

Personally I have seen questions pope up at the bottom of the page when I finished answering a question and from time to time I have wrote an answer and left. I do not hang out there. I believe there are more than enough deviants on this forum without looking where I am not wanted.

Also, we are tought that Jesus hung out with the ones he came to save. He did not fall prey to their lifestyles but met them at their worst and showed them the right path. We should do this too, but I would be careful going to a gay bar or some such place. Likewise alcholics that have been save should not witness in bars especially around happy hour.

maybe some are looking for an argument.
maybe some are compassionate and wanting to help people.
maybe some are sinning
maybe some for other reasons.

I often wonder why there are so many atheists that hang out in the religion section. Usually, I have found that they are trying to tear down the faith of believers. You'd think they would find something better to do with the few short years that they have.

If I didn't believe in the afterlife I sure wouldn't be wasting my time worrying about someone who did. But then again maybe God puts that desire in theri hearts so that they will have more chances to hear the truth. He is really good at what He does.

I am a Christian and I don't hang out there at all. Not that I think you all are "bad," cuz we all cut up once in a while, but because I just like the R & S room. On the other hand, if a gay person asks a queston in the R & S room like you have, I may or may not answer it. Depending on the quesiton. Hope this helps. (((hugs)))

remember that Jesus said hate the sin and love the sinner. he also told us, let he who hath not sinned cast the first stone. when a person is asking a question that i might have an answer to, does it really matter if they are gay, or transsexual? to me no, they want an answer to their question, and i dont always look at the section the question is posted in.

Some Christians believe that what they are doing is missionary work. Therefore they are deliberately going out into (what they view) as hostile territory and "spreading the word of the Lord" They are so full of the missionary zeal they don't even contemplate being wrong or even a difference of opinion. As far as they're concerned they're right and that's it, period.
Don't get me wrong there are some Christians who are curious about their sexuality and their own fantasies about same sex, sex! They can be the most potentially dangerous as they can easily turn on those around them as their own mis-guided feelings of guilt, pent up resentment and hypocritical brain washing turn on them!
The best thing I can say is don't enter into dialogue with someone who is clearly incapable of rational thought or argument. otherwise you're just wasting your time and energy!

I used to be there a lot more because I am Bisexual. Yes, a Bisexual Christian.

But as I spent time there I was happy to find many LGBT's who are Christian there.

So once in a while I just check to see if there are any attacks for Pharisaical Christians ( Fundies and Roman Catholics).

Lately I haven't seen very many.

Hi, it's not really worth being upset over. It takes all kinds and here they're all brought together to one place.
Besides, isn't this an opportunity to understand each other?..okay, I'm a dreamer and an idealist...sigh..can't help it I believe in tolerance and understanding.

My guess is they are desperately trying to make themselves feel superior due to fear that they may be that which they scorn...

Hope you had a really good surgeon I have seen some changes that are nearly perfect and others that are very flawed.. Good Luck with your life glad you live in a day and age in which you can make your outside appearance match with your mental perception of yourself.. Congratulations :)
