I've been doing alot of simple leg exercises, ive only been doing them steady for a few days but im still concerned.

i jus skate and then all my fat jus went turned into mucsle

The best I've seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meals etc.. all good for the body. and has the leg exercises your asking about too inside and more.

I recommend Sly moves You can buy it at amazon.com

Definately worth it in my opinion.

If you lay down on the ground,put your legs in the air, and keep them strait it inceraces the musscles

I have the same problem! And I don't have an answer, but I hope you get some good tips.. cuz I am going to have to check back on your questions for some answers!!!

one thing here u have to know is u can't spot reduce...u've got to do lotsa cardio.......but u can help a little by doin squats and cycling...these works ur legs ...and yea....skatin will give u muscles but it'll give u bulky thighs

walking alot!! go for a 45min walk, which will make about 3miles!!!
make sure you take LONG stepps!! you will get tired quickly, but IT WILL work for those thighs!!!
