Is this for real? It's one of the dumbest questions I've run into today. Sorry, you caught me in a bad mood.
If and that's a big IF you could lose weight that way, it would be because you were sweating and losing water weight.
Try thinking of something more challenging to ask next time.

"Sweat suits" and similar attempts to force the body to sweat out water are stupid.
Don't do it.
