No, what they do is keep the recruits awake and moving for 18 hours per day so that they don't actually have time to get an erection or do anything with it if they did.

No, it isn't true. First of all, what could that possibly be? They navy only has one boot camp in Great Lakes, IL. Goodwill runs all their food preparation and serving. I highly doubt they have the capability or desire to do such a thing. Also, since goodwill is all civillian, I bet you could even call and ask.

I also heard that while I was in bootcamp but I've heard of them still jerking off in the restroom and all.

No. This crapola has been around for years.

They don't need to. Trust me on this, the last thing you'll be thinking about in bootcamp is your anatomy below your belt.

Also, if you are old enough to enlist, you are assumed to be mature enough to practice self control.

Considering the amount of recruits that got caught "punching the clown" when I was in boot camp, I'm inclined to believe that if they are using something, it isn't working.

If it is, it didn't work well for me. Nine weeks without "any" would require a horse-pill an hour to keep Woody away.

"Punching the clown"...? ROFLMAO, that's great.
