baby Purex laundry detergent? and if so where was the rash on your child?

once my mom switched the detergent and i got a rash where the clothes were resting on my skin. some detergents have harsher more potent chemicals... if you experience a rash you can take a bath with a little baking soda in it and it should clear up quickly... sometimes washers dont rinse all of the detergent out sould you could also try having an extra rinse cycle

hi,
my daughter had a reddish scaly rash on her joints and stomach. i found later that she has eczema. i had to switch to perfume and dye free detergent. This can also be brought on by sweat, heat, etc. Hope this helps.
