No...well maybe?? if you were a pirate...do you have a hook for a hand?

Interesting? Yes. Better? No. You could things with hook that would be more difficult with a hand...true, and if you weren't self-conscious about it, it might be an interesting conversation starter...but it usually just creeps people out when you stick out your hook instead of your hand...at least at first. I guess it would all depend on how you treated it. If you treated it like a handicap, it would suck. If you treated it like a unique quality, it might be a small plus.

Maybe, but it is more of a challenge than an interesting experience. But if your hand was amputated, it will be an alternative. For me if I have to choose, I would still prefer my hand.

hey,
i think Mr hook wouldnt survive that long if he didnt enjoy that hook. he was powerful in some sense and that is something INTERESTING for him
