Since vegetables, and fruits are healthier when raw, would bread be the same? They say that cooking fruits&veggies lowers the value, I just wanted to know if it would be the same for bread

No. Both have the same carb content. In untoasted bread the carbs are starch and the amylase enzyme in your saliva will turn them to sugar as you chew it. On the outer surface of toast the toaster's heat has already turned the starch to sugar. Then when your saliva contacts it the digestion is easier.

I think the nutritional value would be the same. However, the toasting of the bread causes a carcinogenous effect making toast one of those foods that increase your chance of getting cancer .

no beacuse theirs no were 4 the nutrints to go. when cooking fruit and veges the nurients go in the water.

nope... I think all the nutrients are locked into the bread
so it can be crispy or doughy...
