Protest this with the credit agencies and contract the lenders. It shouldn't make any difference they will be off your credit report in 3 years when the charge offs are 7.5 years old but they should be marked included in bankruptcy.

If the creditor is in your bankruptcy petition that it was included in the bankruptcy then it needs to be corrected. The current status should show "Included in bankruptcy" and have a 0 balance. If the current status is anything else you need to send a dispute into the credit reporting agency. Send a copy of your bankruptcy petition that shows the creditor to the Credit Reporting Agency. Once they get the dispute they should correct it.

Your dispute will go nowhere. The creditor reported as "sold/transferred collection/CHARGE OFF". Once you filed bankruptcy they wrote the debt off. Since that is what happened, that report will not change.

Send them a copy of the discharge papers...who cares if you were making up the payments...your credit is trashed with the bankruptcy, the few payments you were making will not affect the credit rating.
