he STILL won't make me his girlfriend..we actually had to make a date, Aug. 24..that's my cutoff..we are sexually active, spend time together, movies, dinner..idk..what's taking him so long.REALLY THOUGH..not much is gonna change by the 24th..any advice?!?

Yeah I think I know you have allowed him all the benefits of being your boyfriend without having him agree to it. That was a bad move. You should never have sex until you are in a serious relationship. I wounder if he has anyone else he is doing this to? I would not even give him the satisfaction of waiting til Aug.24th. If he really loved you and respected you and wanted to be with you and only you, he would have made it clear he wants to be your man and you his woman. He may have commitment issues. If that's the case you are still better off getting rid of him. I am sorry, but I think he is using you, and what makes me sad and upset is you are allowing it. There are to many good men that want a good loving relationship, drop him and find one of them.

You've heard the old saying - "Why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free?"
Obviously this guy views you as being "easy". Because you've already had sex with him, he probably won't make you his girlfriend because he probably thinks you'd have sex with any guy since you are not in a committed relationship. He would respect you more if you would've waited until he made you his girlfriend before having sex with him. Right now with all of these ultimatums you're dishing out---you seem very desperate. If you want to win this guy over, try playing hard to get.

You need to ask yourself why it is so important for you to have the tittle of girlfriend. Is there any special perks that you will receive? Sounds like you already get the things that a girlfriend gets. Seriously, a cut off date? wow. This kind of makes you sound needy, guys don't go for that. If the only reason you are going to end it is because you want the tittle of girlfriend then maybe you should break it off. Because that is a crappy reason to end something that other than that sounds good.

Well I believe you need to sit him down and talk to him. Thats a shame that you have to give a cutoff date. There is definitely something wrong with this picture and you need answers.. I think a guy knows early on if he wants to make you his girlfriend. Sounds like he is only interested in a good time. I mean he's getting everything he wants already with no commitment. Why would he change now. You have to let him know what your not willing to put up with.

Sounds to me like you are already his girlfriend, but if you mean exclusive, as in telling you that he wants to see only you? Well, I don't know, 3 months is not that long, why the pressure?

well my best friend was in a situation like yours too. they were always together and seemed like they were officially together but the thing is he wanted that specific date for them. before that, sshe really wanted to be with him already so all she had to do was talk to him. ask him why hes taking so long? if he doesnt answer, i guess he doesnt want to get serious.

i don't think is going to ask u, i think he thinks ur already his gf. He may be one of those guys who just let things fall into place & refuses 2 define anything, or make it 'official'. Just watch out for signs when u go places, like him saying to one of his friends that ur his gf, or better yet...
Have u met his parents? That's a definate sign that he may think ur his gf already.

he is prolly using you for sex and might be doing the same thing to another girl cause you aren't technically his gf so if he screws around with other ppl its not considered cheating..try to talk to him and have him give you a good explanation of why he wont make you his gf..good luck
