that God created a great chasm between Heaven and Hell? There is no way they can bother us once we are in Heaven and we can not listen to them whine and cry about how they really hate God then.

I think that sometimes we forget who we are really battleing with.Remember what paul said."Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, and the authorities, and the powers of this dark world and spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

We don't hate God. We don't believe in God and are annoyed by his followers, who believe they've been given some secret that the rest of us weren't special enough to receive. It's beyond vain to think that way, imo.

"Our belief is not a belief….We do not rely solely upon science and reason, because these are necessary rather than sufficient factors, but we distrust anything that contradicts science or outrages reason.

We do not believe in heaven or hell, yet no statistic will ever find that without these blandishments and threats we commit more crimes of greed or violence than the faithful. And we know for a fact that religion has caused innumerable people not just to conduct themselves no better than others, but to award themselves permission to behave in ways that would make a brothel-keeper or an ethnic cleanser raise an eyebrow."

oh puh-LEASE Midge. You've been here long enough to KNOW it goes both ways. The "christians" do just as much hating, if not more. Shall I show you some of the hate-filled emails I get?

Go be persecuted elsewhere. It doesn't fly here.

You can't hate what doesn't exist. Maybe you ought to take a good look at yourself. Why do you have to lie to appease your conscience? The only hatred exhibited here is yours. You can take both your heaven and hell and keep them to yourself. They are no part of my life.

I'm starting to think a lot of people on here have really thin skin.

I don't find most of what is said by any group on here to be hateful. People have differing opinions....just because they disagree or joke around doesn't mean it's hateful.

Your words are full of love.
Enjoy the Heaven with your perfect God.

If those places exist I will be very happy in Hell with the imperfect people like me.

What a hateful thing to say. If heaven and hell do exist, I wouldn't be too sure about where you think you'll end up.

Here's a hint: Bring some sunscreen.

Breathe deep!

You should feel sorrow for them, do not get angered by them, they are lost and falling down and maybe they are searching for that hand up? You never know when one might turn to the Lord.

PS - Demogogery of Atheists doesnt make your religion true. Trust me, theres enough hate for atheists without you trying to add more, but your just follow a script.

Hate God? Not really, we just think he doesn't exists.

Besides, we Atheists got Limbo all to ourselves, who cares about Heaven? I don't wanna sing "Pray the Lord" for 15 trillion years!!!
