He doesn't Email, call, or ask me to hang out with him? Should i break up with him?

i think that before u break up with him u should try to sit down and talk to him. it might help. sit and tell him what u expect from him and ask what he expects from u. tell him that you don't feel like your his girlfriend. then if he doesn't change dump him but try to talk to him first. good luck and i hope that i helped u.

yeah. that doesn't sound like you're actually together. he should be caring and a real gentleman would at least call you once a week just to say something like "good night baby". that's how my guy is.
