A couple months ago my knees would hurt when i bend them for longer than 25 seconds. When i would straighten them out the would crack. It stopped and now my right knee is starting again.Should i go see a doctor!?

You didn't say if you were into sports or not. Knee pain that comes and goes with that cracking or grating sound can mean a torn meniscus. That is something that may have to be surgically repaired. Go see a doctor for referal to an orthopedic or sports medicine doctor.

drink plenty of water its good for the cartilage and also try glucosamine joint therapy vitamins they can be purchased by anyone just like addville or tylonall my knee hurt me alot due to an engery a few years ago but the glucosamine pills realy help i think i got mine from wallgreens but any pharmacy should have them . well you have a great day and i hope you get feeling better

Sounds like you may have patellofemoral syndrome. I would recommend that you have your parents take you to see an orthopedic doctor to have them assess your knee and then go to physical therapy.

Better see a doctor. The worst could be orthoscopic surgery if your not too old.
