Well, I will answer my own question and tell you... Besides asking nutty (ok, branny!) questions and completely baffling other categories here, I love the UNITY we all share. For a few minutes we out aside our differences and do something together, collectively and as a community. That is a beautiful thing to see. For that little while we forget that we are Muslim, Christian or atheist, etc... and enjoy something together. Thanks for that, for seeing me for who I am and not for my religion, even if for a short time. Blessed be.

Oh- to make this a REAL question, what do you like most about raids?

Yes. It is one of the reasons that I enjoy participating(plus I'm a real fruitcake). It would be kind of weird to have an exclusive Christian muffin raid or Muslim muffin raid(Pbuh) etc. We are able to communicate our individual faiths with each other more effectively, when we are able to first deal with each other at the more base, human level.

Well I agree with you.My feelings tells me to just answer the question, if you know.I being a Muslim have respect for every religion.I don't like to discredit other religion. It's up to them which religion they believe in,you don't compel or influence people into your religion. We tell people about Islam .The beauty of Islam. Tell thepeople that we pray directly to God.We seek forgiveness of our sins from God.We tell them about Islamic(monoteism)Who is Mohammad(the Messenger of God). That's my duty as a Muslim. You see I don't ask Question too much.I answer them to clear the misconception people have on Islam.
Well there some who just want to put up hatred question. When they already know what answer is expected.I ignore them.

I keep missing the raids, someone please e-mail me with the time and location and I'll be there.

I have to agree with you on this issue. This is a neat group of people here, even if we fight like cats and dogs, call each other names, etc. In a way, we are like a big, extremely dysfunctional family. We will be happy to pick on one another, but oh boy if anyone picks on our group, then the other group is in BIG trouble, lol.

Sounds funny but I work for more than a year on my YA and my account can get deleted for practicing raids.
I prefer to sail around.
Anyway I have friends from different believes.

:-)

How I do love a raid... I'm afraid I came in too late tonight *sigh*... but I saw the last of it. It was stellar, as usual...

It's the Bran that binds us. LOL

Me too. I think it's a riot. Especially when my kids hear me laughing and say, "ok, let me guess...more bran muffin raiding?"
