Well, the simplest thing to do is to improvise. The twenty second fret of the B string is a high A. You can find the same note on the 16th fret of the E string. (That's your first string) Most electric guitars and some dreadnoughts have twenty two frets. Since the guitar you have only has twenty one frets, you either have to:
1. Find the same note on another string

2. Play the note where the twenty second fret would be if you had one (by using a glass bottle slide, metal barre slide, wide metal ring, or a false harmonic)

3. Substitute the note for something else that sounds alright, but is within the capabilities of your guitar. (I don't know the song you are trying to play so I can't really suggest anything in that department)

I assume you are playing a single line here. It is somewhat unusual (although not inconceivable) that you would be playing chords up that high on the neck. Anyhow, if none of these suggestions works for you, shotgun a scan of the page you are working on, over to me, and I will be glad to give more appropriate advice.

If you must play a note in the 22nd fret, then consider the harmonic approach. Press the note on the B string exactly 12 frets lower in pitch. Then pluck the string with your thumb where the 23rd fret might be and simultaneously touch the string ever so lightly in the 22nd fret and quickly bounce off it.

It takes practice to play that method of harmonics.

I have a Fender Stratocaster for sale. It has 22 frets which would enable you to play any song for any tablature. Would you be interested?
