Your question is almost incomprehensible, but I own a Russian SKS and I'll try to help.
I got my stripper clips online at http://www.cheaperthandirt.com
In order to use magazines, you need to remove the standard swinging magazine and put an adapter for AK-style mags.
I have done this once with my SKS and didn't like the results. Feeding jams would occur once out of every 20 rounds for me and I didn't like it.

Most places that sell SKS parts and magazines will sell stripper clips. I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. A lot of gun dealers (not box stores) sell SKS parts. I hope this helps you out.

Don't forget to check eBay, a lot of people put parts (a lot for sks) they have replaced on their guns on there for auction.
