Something happened to my dog today (He's a small dog), something with a bigger dog getting stuck in his leash. I don't know, I wasn't there. While that happened he suddenly yelped and cried really loud, and my mom took him inside and his eye was bleeding. She cleaned it up and It was fine for a while, but now he's kind of tilting his head to the side and squinting his eye, a few minutes ago he yelped out and I thought I had stepped on him but I didn't.

I don't want answers simply saying 'TAKE HIM TO THE VET', do you have any idea whats wrong with his eye?

It sounds like something poked or scratched his eye. Poor thing. You could just call the vet and ask questions. I had to once!

Why don't you want to take him to the vet? That's where he needs to go and that's the only person who can tell you what is wrong! He definitely suffered an eye injury of some kind and needs medical attention, or else he could go blind or lose his eye. It could be many different things, but the bleeding and the pain should be a strong enough indication that he needs help. Good luck!

Not only could the eye be an issue but the tilting of the head could also be an inner ear problem. They will often tilt their head to the side of the problem ear. A check up with the vet tomorrow would be a good idea.

It sounds like maybe his eye is scratched or there is something in it. I know you don't want to hear this BUT take him to the vet so he can be checked for infections, debris, etc in his eye. You don't want him to loose his eyesight. If he is yelping - he is hurting...

Yes, he's sustained an injury of some sort and probably needs a vet.
