Prophetic praying. Use the scripture to know the will of God and declare the unseen by faith. That is the dominion God decreed in Genesis. If there is sin or unclean motives forget about getting a miracle answer. God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.

Awesome question. I think the "highest level" is being a child with your Heavenly Father. To sit in perfect trust and safety and know He is taking care of you. You obey because you love Him, not out of a sense of duty. You listen to His voice not because you're striving for answers, but because a child knows the voice of His Father and wants to talk to Him. You do His will because your will is aligned with His, not out of a sense of duty. That is true "prayer." May God grant us all such grace to experience this.

the LORD Jesus Christ spoke with God The Father face-to-face as a Son does with his Father. Jesus Christ had the most intimate prayer with God while he was on earth, because Jesus came from the most intimate part of God the Father's heart! None of the Prophets saw God's face, but the eternal son of God, Jesus Christ, did. God bless.

I believe that if you really want to get to that place, you need to fast and pray. When you "put your flesh" down, you put emphasis on the spiritual and that brings you closer to God.
