As long as it is a small bowl and you don't eat any more after, yes. Also, if you feel bad a bout eating ice cream, buy light ice cream so it doesn't have so many calories and stuff. You might want to measure out a serving some time to see how much you really get for that amount of calories and fat and stuff.

It is fine to eat just about anything as long as it is in moderation. If you've eaten fairly heathy meals for the rest of the day, then there is no reason you couldn't have a scoop or two of ice cream. And if you still think you would have the guilty feeling, then get low fat frozen yogurt or fruit sorbet.

You should eat it as long as you know the consequences of the sugar and fattening in the ice cream. If you decide to,make sure you do at least a 10-minute cardio work out when you finish the ice cream.

I read on the internet once that if you have a sudden craving to just pinch your nose for 10 seconds and see if it goes away. I know it sounds silly but it had something to do with acupressure.
I never really tried it so I dont know if it works
I think you should just have a little. Try eating one big spoonful. I hope this helps!

i guess that you are trying to loose weight or trying to maintain whatever weight youre in right now. like anything in life, we need equilibrium. therefore, eat anything in moderation. a small cup or cone of ice cream wont hurt. unlessof course you're thinking of eating a huge serving, then that's a different story. give me some ;-)

ice cream is good for you . it contains calcium. the problem stems from eating too much. everything in moderation . dont deny yourself foods you enjoy or it can backfire on you and you can throw caution to the wind and say what the heck and then overdo it. dont associate food with feelings like guilt or happiness .food is to give our body energy to live and work. enjoy!

The guilty feeling is your mind telling you that is a stupid choice. Resist the ice cream and if it is at home don't buy it again to tempt yourself.
