Me and my ex really had no reason on breaking up but he still looks at me in a not a friend way a more girlfriend way i want him back but i dont no how bc. i dont want to call and seem desperate but i called once and he didint anwser but he told me to call him anytime to talk about stuff.....i have no clue what to say or do please help me this hurts to much i miss him

I always believe that if u love someone, u should go for it. No holds barred. We are so afraid of being "hurt" or "being "labelled as agressive or desperate" that we unconsciously are hurting ourselves even more by holding back our feelings. U said "u don't want to call & seem desperate" but obviously deep within "UR PANICKING" & it's killing u. Since he said u can call anytime, then do so..call him up regularly..sometimes we are so sensitive that at we have this paranoia feeling that when nobody picks up d phone "he doesn't want to answer me"..hey, for all u know he might be busy or not in d house. Ms. Swim, everytime u dare to venture there are always chances of losing..My advise is just go out there & show him ur feelings..If it's reciprocated them fine. If not it's easier for u to move 4ward. Don't ever think of what "he thinks about u"..If he begins to think that way, then he doesnt deserve ur love at all..He might not appreciate u now, but when he comes full circle, he will regret that day "he let u go away"..By then who knows u might have already found another guy.

That look he is giving you is that he wants you back also. He is as confused as you are, maybe more. The love you both had for each other is over the both of your heads, just waiting for the right signal, the "GREEN" light. Call him back and, (wipe the sweat from your hands), take a deep breath and say to yourself, "I can do this." He is thinking the same thing, trust me on this. At some point in time he will get the nerve to call you too. It is much harder for a guy to come back in this kind of situation. Just ask him if he wants to go hang out, do whatever comes to mind. If he has not done anything in the past to harm you in anyway, then you should make the first move. Don't be ashamed for going to him first. When true love is at stake, it just don't matter. He keeps telling himself that he should be the one to call you. His ego is the only thing stopping him. When you break the ice with your phone call, that will be enough to deflate the ego thing. You're on the right track, just keep doing what you're doing, but this time, pick up the phone. He won't say it right away, but he will tell you later that he is glad you called him. If you want him back, you need to make the first move, because he's probably too shy and doesn't want to seem desperate as well. So call him, and if he doesn't pick up, call him later again. Just don't call him 15 times in a row at once or something, cause that really does seem desperate (trust me, it's happened to me before, and boy was I annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!) Talk to him about it, and tell him your feelings sincerely. Even if your pride or dignity feels crushed a little, in the end you won't regret talking to him about it and opening up your feelings first.

i say just call him and talk to him or you will sit not knowing if you let that perfect guy go, so just put aside all of ur fears suck in ur gut, and call
and if he still looks at u as a girlfriend figure, then there should be no fear of refection!!!
so just call and say "i want to talk about us" and let the conversation go from there

i am having the same problem with an ex. and i am cyrrently dating his friend (see other question by me if ya want) let me guess it was a surprise when you broke up and it really hurt you... if that is the same for you then tell me if you ever find the right answer.

you need to find out how he feels about you. There is a possibility that he doesn't have feelings for you any longer. Untill you ask you will never know.
