In part of my dream I had many different fish hooks in my hand that I was carefully pulling out. meaning?

They were many different sizes and colors. It hurt like hell to pull them out and my hand didn't bleed even though they were in there pretty well. That's the only part of the dream I remember. When I woke up my hand was fine, as in I hadn't slept on it funny or anything. What could that possibly mean?
