From your data sounds more like you just need to tone up than lose weight. With your height you lose any weight they'd have to tie a boat anchor to you to keep you from blowing away in a breeze.

Energy drinks Ah! a high protien drink like Ensure or Boost Hgih Protein drinks for protien vitamins and minerals comes to mind,
Stay away from those high energy dirnks like Red Bull etc if you have any high blood pressure in your family because they will send your blood pressure through the roof.

For your legs : calf raises for your calves is a good exercise and can be down with just a thick book like a dictionary. Stand on it with balls of your feet. Slowly raise yourself until you are standing on tip toe. The slowly lower yourself until your heels are touching the floor, then repeat until you can feel your legs start to get tired.
For your upper legs step ups are good but you have to be careful not to use too high a step otherwise you run the chance of injurying your knees. Start out with a step around 8 inches high or roughly same height as steps on stairs.
Step up onto step with your left foot then bring your right foot up onto the step. Step down with your left foot then your right foot. then repeat several times until you start getting a little tired.
Rest a few minutes then repeat but step up with your right foot and down with your left foot.
You can get an adjustable height step up bench at any department and discount store like Wal Marts for around $20, and most of them come with instructional videos.
You can also use an exercise bike that works both your arms and legs at the same time. You can get one at Wal Marts for under $100 dollars. And I think they will even assemble it for you. If not they are not that hard to put together. IF YOU READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS !
Another good thing for your legs if you have one is a Nordic Trak ski machine . But they are expensive.
Stationary double time is another good exercise for your legs. That is where you run in place.
Another good all over exercise is jumping jacks. Not only does it exercise you it also stretches you.
the whole key is do not over do it to start with. Start off slow and work up.
You tone up slow and build up slow for lasting results. You pump up too fast it is just going to tune to flab when you stop.

You reduce it all the way down to the twine. I would not assume an excessive amount of until you do some thing drastic and to be able to handiest harm you extra ultimately. I feel you're doing the proper matters. Honestly, you'll have began doing this a yr earlier than your huge day or at a minimal 6 months. 10 kilos is plenty to lose in two months. But it does rely on your weight too. You might take a look at growing your workout routines and broaden weight coaching. Muscle burns extra energy. Don't consciousness an excessive amount of for your precise weight. Focus for your muscle tone and definition.

You mainly lose weight by dieting.Restrict your carbohydrates to a cup of natural cereal at breakfast. This will give you plenty of energy. Eat fruits and vegetables and meat from grass fed cows. Stay off the bread, potato´s, cokes, sugars, sweets and deserts.Don´t touch those energy drinks as they are laden with caffeine etc.Use free weights and push-ups to build muscle. Use a recumbent exercise bike to get your legs in great shape and to have a good aerobic exercise.

You don't sound to me like you need to lose any weight. I didn't know the age so it may be slightly off. It seems to me if you lose much more weight you could be underweight. I would just worry about maintaining and toning up if you are worried about it.
