So could you guys tell me how much this highlights would be? My hair is past my shoulders so I would have to get it foiled.

You want chunks, dont ask for bright blonde ask for cool blonde. you will have to get foiled. the cost depends on where you go. DONT do this at home. you're too pretty to screw up your hair!

You can definately do foil highlights all over. Get them chunkier at the front and smaller and MORE of them at the back. If will look really nice!

Oh and about the highlights, you have to get them bleached.
