So how do we secede from the hunting section?

Many firearm specialist contributors have long wished for such a speciality forum, but, as others have already mentioned, it wouldn't take a day before the children would be cluttering IT up with their ridiculous ?'s about their toys, as well! ! !LOL! ! ! !

a bit of a drift here.. I think our first concern should be getting an airsoft / paintball section. The airsoft guys will post one question in several areas. sorry for the drift I just like the fact that yahoo hunting will have several new things a day. This happens because it has become the hunting / shooting forum. Yes we get kids and thugs asking assinine questions but such is life

Nope, so we do all our firearms stuff in the Hunting section.

Unfortunately, it doesn't. A few of us have tried to make this happen, but nothing yet. I encourage you and everyone else who is reading this to contact Y! Answers and petition them to grant us a separate section of our own.

In time it may happen.... Motorsports had a simmular quandry. They now have a separate Nascar, IRL & F1 sub section....
