Please don't drink 32 oz of coffee a day.

There are so many factors, it's almost impossible to give a straight answer.

It depends on your size (if you're heavier set, you could be less effected than a smaller person drinking the same amount), how tired you are to begin with (you can't consistantly shut off sleep for long -- your body WILL get the rest it needs), how caffienne effects you individually (it keeps some people up and wired, but some people are hardly effected at all), what you're staying up for (if you're drinking caffienne but you're remaining inactive or are in a tranquil environment, with nothing to occupy you physically or mentally, it will have less effect), and whether or not you've build up an immunity to it.

Please don't drink at least 32 ounces of coffee a day.
