you act as if women are some out of planet species!
this is not the discovery channel, so you can calm down a bit!
Ok... well like men women can be quiet, adventerous, and all sorts of traits. Try looking for up beat hot spots if you want a girl who can take control and be loud
A quiet simple girl can be found in a cafe or bookstore
when looking for girls to flirt with make sure she doesnt wear a ring with a diamond, doesnt have her girlfriends around, an doesnt have a bunch of bags on her hands.
A woman who has just purchased alot isnt going to be happy when some random man brings her day to a halt (this goes for the women who look at their watches as much as they blink)

lol...i dunno in your neighbourhood?! lol...females are everywhere.. lol...just hang out at the malls coz they love shopping..or at the cinemas...n then u can like bump into them accidentally and start conversing ;)...or like pretend u want to know what time it is...when you want to talk to someone..theres a zillion things u can make up just for the sake of it ;) goodluck
