They are illegal here you can't buy them in NY. Pennsylvania is legal and Connecticut for certain types of sparklers but if you bring them into NY you are breaking the law plus you will be sued 'til there is no tomorrow if you set them off here and injure someone or something or cause a fire in addition to any criminal charges.

You cant buy them anywhere in NY or NJ. You have to go to Pennsylvania, even then you risk being arrested. New Jersey is beginning to crack down on fireworks.
They have spies in the fireworks stores across the state line, that monitor anyone with a NJ or NY license plate who makes a purchase. They then call the NJ State Police with the license plate, and you get pulled over, arrested and fined lots of money. Dont risk it, its not worth it, plus fireworks are dangerous as anything.

You can't get them any more. Where I live you can buy anything you need (drugs, guns, women) but no fireworks. If you ask around you can get them but they are expensive. You have to go to PA or CT to buy them. Google Phantom Fireworks. Worth the trip.

you can buyem in penn , easton is close to nyc bout 2 hours and you can drive em back just don t get caught as far as someone telling you they will meet u to sell you fireworks over the internet , not gonna happen unless you find the right idiot , for all anyone know you could be a cop trying to set someone up , but if you want em go to penn show your ny id and they will sell em to you ... oh round this time is when cops are on the look out for people transporting em , good way to get em is when you go on a ski ing trip out there buy em then less cops looking for fireworks

No where in NY can you legally buy fireworks. It's also a felony to possess them.
