i have a major head ache and its already been almost an hour!!

should've kicked in by now. usually 10-20 min will do it. try getting off the computer and relaxing for a while.

Excedrin should have kicked in by now, but if it hasn't, it could be perhaps you have a headache that pain killers will not touch (it's completely possible). Turn off all the lights, lay on your bed with an ice pack on your forehead (wrapped in a towel), and listen to soothing music, try and make yourself as calm and comfortable as possible. If the headache persists, or if you develop neck pain, talk to your doctor, it could be a sign of something serious.

well id give it a lil more time, just kick back and put an ice pack on your head, also squeezing the palm of your hand with your other hand using your thumb to press in on your palm, can provide temporary relief, good luck and i hope you feel better

It depends on how much you took. Did u take the recommended dosage? If so then try turning off all the lights in your room and just relax and let the medicine do its thing.
If you don't have tim for that try exercising. Yes when you exercise your body releases pain killing endorphines or is that dopamine? Idk one or the other
