I'm a skeptic as you are, but what do you intend to accomplish with this question? Will you not be skeptical of their answers? I must admit that I have thought of asking this. However, a more appropriate question is: how do the religious explain miracles among other religions? I believe that is almost as effective.

Years ago i had this little pekaneze poodle named sassy.I used to take her everywhere i went, softball practice, fishing, even work. One Saturday morning my parents needed help at the church they attended, setting up for the Sunday services,so i went to provide muscle.Yes sassy came with me.When sassy heard my moms voice in the upstairs section of the church, she took off running to find her.The instant she found her,she turned back looking for me.Well,i was still down stairs.Sassy realised this and jumped over the enclosed stair rail, falling straight down about 25 feet to the carpet below.I watched this as it was happening in absolute horror.I just KNEW sassy was dead.People were coming from all directions to see what the "Thump" was.It took me a few seconds to get over the initial shock and go see if she was alive, which she was.We were affraid to move her because we couldnt tell if any bones were broken. She laid there shaking madly on the floor for what seemed an eternity. Then ,i dont know how or why,she stood up and wabbled a little, but she was fine! Not even a bruise. This occured at the 7th Baptist Church at North Ave and St Paul St in Baltimore ,Maryland in 1981.If sassy had been anywhere else on the planet taking that fall on that day,i am convinced the outcome would have been different.Sassy provided smiles to many ppl for many years after that. Thanks for listening.

If you mean by miracle something unpredicted by our consensual experience of the world and currently inexplicable within present scientistic paradigms, I have witnessed, experienced, and been a part of miracles ... events virtually anyone else, theist or non-, would similarly characterize as miraculous.
And I have no need to invoke an all powerful god-being for them ...
but I am all the more appreciative of how others may come to speak profoundly and poetically about "G-d" as a result of having had those experiences.

That's a cop out because Highly improbable really means impossible it just keeps some notion that chance might have caused something even though the statistical probability is impossible.
Life is a miracle.

When I was in college I had a very bad knee....long story short I started going to a P.T. and was diagnosed with one leg 3/4 of an inch longer than the other...most people have this but not to such a great amount. After being diagnosed and provided with a lift to wear in my shoe (and many painfull treatments ona tens (sp?) machince) I went to church with my parents and requested prayer. While sitting in a chair with both my legs being held up by the pastors hands, I felt like he was pulling on my shorer leg. Immediatle I opened my eyes because I wanted to let him know that I believed that God could do it and he didn't have to yank on my leg, but his hands were completely flat (NOT around my ankle at all) with my heals resting on his palms. I knew that God had healed my leg and when I went back to my P.T. it was confirmed and I haven't worn the lift since. AND BOTH my legs are the same length!! This happened to me, not to a friend or anyone else to me directly and when I was 4 God also healed my ears in a similar fashion. I had 50% hearing loss in one ear and the other was on it's way out. My doctor wanted my parents to let him put tubes in right then and there. I didn't know what tubes were but I knew I didn't want them, so I looked at my mom and dad and said, 'Can't we go home and pray about this?' We left and had our church pray and I NEVER had tubes and my hearing has been restored to 100% in both ears...without ANY docotr intervention!!! I could go on and on with similar accounts but those would not be first hand so I will close with just these two which happened to me personally and for anyone who gives this account a thumbs down I will pray for you becasue this is not made up but VERY TRUE and VERY REAL and God wants to do the same for you!!

Good challenge!
An omniscient creator would know that it will take more than an "Virgin Mary" image on a grilled cheese sandwich to convince any rational person of a miracle.
It would be easy to convince me by showing me an honest-to-goodness miracle that doesn't happen every day. Is my soul and those of other non-believers not worth it?

I saw the births of my sons. Nothing as amazing as two people having intercourse, the resulting microscopic cells form into a baby human which is born and feeds from the mom for a year and grows into an adult. The result of an accident?
No.
A miracle.

I had skin cancer and after someone prayed for me it fell off my body right to the floor. There was not even a scar where it had been. That's just one miracle that I have personally experienced. Iv'e seen many with others.
