Ronald Reagan National is located in Arlington, VA.
Dulles International is also in Virginia.
I generally use Baltimore Washington International in Maryland.
All have Washington DC Metropolitan Transportation into the city.
This is my help from Washington, D.C.

There are actually three airports in the DC area, all are considered International: Dulles, Reagan National, and Thurgood Marshal Baltimore Washington.
There is no Dallas Airport in DC, so my guess is, you want Dulles airport. If you are coming from Williamsburg, you will take 64 West to 295 North, then 295 North to VA 267 (Dulles Toll Road) Remember to stay in the airport lanes, so you don't pay a toll (it is toll free for airport traffic). That road will end at Dulles Airport.

There's Dulles Airport (which I reccomend) in Dulles/Sterling, VA
(30 min south of DC)
There's Reagan Nat'l Airport (IN DC, but traffic's a *****, but there's a metro stop at the airport if you prefer that and don't mind carrying bags through the metro)
Then there's BWI which you don't want. At all.
So take Dulles.
Just take I-64 West until you get to 95 N.
Then get onto the beltway (495) and get off at Tyson's Corner heading toward Sterling and Leesburg. Take that road all the way down until the airport :]

There's National Airport (DCA) that's on the yellow & blue Metro lines.
There's Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore International (BWI).
There are shuttles/public transportation from downtown DC to all three airports.

Go with Regan National (DCA) it has the train right there and is closer. Dulles is actually out in VA, and I found the transportation system not as good.
