You think about food when you are bored, so get something to do.

The key to lose weight and keep it is to detoxify your body first. When you have too much toxins, you can not go to your body to get the energy, and all your energy only came from the food you eat. That is why food is always on your mind and can not lose weight. There are some things you can do to help, like eat every three hours. Is not what you eat, it is how you eat and how much you eat. You can eat almost anything, but avoid big meal, drink green tea, exercises 30 minutes daily. And most importantly go get massages for several months. If you can found somebody give you detoxification massage, detoxify foot bath, and detoxify food program in your area, you should be able to lose it and keep it.

Don't stop thinking , no one can , but plan a day to eat nothing but junk all day , plan all week for this , its just one day , lets pick sunday ,,, chocklet cake with with banna pudding frosting, smotherd in whipped cream. I wouldnt waist your apatite on the little cherry on top, besides where you going to get one cherry, not to mention the fact that you've got a long day ahead of you , by the end of this day you won't feel good ,, I recomend hot dogs fried , no buns no cetchup no musterd to help stop the nausea, a greasy hot dog like a frank or a brott something greasy will help if nothing else popcorn with salt and butter, salt helps < all day sunday , pace yourself it's a long day , monday you can start planning for next sunday , but stay on your diet threw the week .....

Is there any specific food that you find yourself craving? This could often mean that you might need a general vitamin, a good diet, exercise and plenty of fluids, especially water. Maybe a craving for french fries, for example, might mean you would like a diet that has potatoes in it during the week with your whole diet planned for one week, at least for the evening meal. I think about that too, sometimes. I am taking a vitamin, extra vitamin C and drinking water, tea, kool-aid and I am feeling a little bit better in regards to my food cravings.
I hope this helps! Start by being patient with yourself and be patient with your dieting habits and don't cut yourself out of some of your favorite foods in moderation, of course. That way a diet and losing weight won't be so discouraging. That way, you can lose your weight slowly, keeping in mind that it is better to lose weight slowly and maintain a healthy diet. Please don't forget to reward yourself in a great manner for all of your diet efforts - in moderation, of course.

I had the worst time in the evening because I always ate while watching TV. I had to develope other habits. I started crocheting in place of eating to keep my hands busy. Try video games, reading, anything to break the habit of eating.

Drink water when you feel like eating food. If you are not a big water person, low calorie diet drinks. My personal preference is Lipton Diet Green Tea. Also, exercise curbs your appetite.

When you eat meals, eat small portions and eat more often. Snack on healthy low calorie snacks. Fresh veggies and fresh or frozen fruit are great.
