Okay, so lately some really good, exciting things have been going on. All the excitement built up and now suddenly I have been really stressed for the last 2 days. I know happiness causes stress, but it feels like a bad stress now, even though I am still happy/excited. Why, and how do I manage it?

Exercise is the best way to get rid of stress. You can also take a vacation, go to the spa, take a bubble bath, and just relax at home. Hope I helped, Good luck! &hearts

sounds like your excitement has gotten the better of you. put things into perspective and try to think about other things. take a long walk or find an activity to keep your mind off it.
