You are putting youself down with that question. The best quality is what's inside. It's to bad most boys don't see that in a female. The best part of a girl is her heart. Boys are too caught up in themselves to see what's inside the package of a girl, in most cases. There are a few, which are rare, that do take the time to see what is inside the package. I don't mean the clothes, I mean to say that what lies inside a girls heart is what boys should be looking for. That my friend, is the best quality in a girl. So please don't EVER ask this question again. Don't bring yourself down to their level. Always think twice before you ask yourself a question about how others look at you. You should feel good about yourself, no matter what you look like on the outside. You will always look good if you respect youself. It will become part of your personality.
Without you even knowing it, you will walk with your head held high, with pride knowing deep within youself lies a pretty girl.

Quality, a beautiful women that can intellectually challenge me.
Body....Anything natural. Plastic **** or any other surgery are only for the porn film market and usually look as stupid as painting a flower with an aerosol spra can.
On a more personal level, I like small feet on the end of great legs leading up to a real bottom (Not a snake-hipped catwalk cat) a small waist and normal boobs. Beautiful face, long hair.
