What is this? Premonition within a dream?

I'm just wondering if this is normal or if it's "psychic activity". It's like you see what's going to happen before it happens, but in a dream. Before I found out I was pregnant, I had a very vivid dream that I was with my husband in the bathroom and I was taking a home pregnancy test and in the dream, I seen it turn positive with a + sign. About a month later, I'm missing my period, I take a test and it's positive but it was the one with lines instead of + or - . Then, I had another dream a couple months later that I was holding my baby, and it was a boy. He was dressed in blue and I was holding him. When I went to get my ultrasound, we find out that it's indeed a boy. What could this mean? Is this just a coincidence or what? I've had several other dreams that have come true as well. What's up with that?

it could be a coincidence b/c its not like what happened to you is out of the ordinary. women dream about being pregnant all the time- whether they want to be a mom or not. you probably always have inner desires and wishes that you seldom express in your conscious state so when they are supressed your subconscious mind takes over and you dream about it. congrats on the baby though!
