ok im 14 6'2 150 pounds i do about 250 pushups a night and i just started doin chinups so i only do 50 of those but in 25 intervals to take a break since they hurt my arm muscles so bad i already have really good upper body strength but i dont have the abs i want so i started doin chinups and i also started doin the crunches when u put ur legs around the bar and use ur stomach muscles to pull ur body up. but anyway i do bout 150 of those and i also lift weights but i wont go into that cuz its to long of a things to talk about so if u can just answer my question cuz i really want to get some really good abs!
